The Original Big Red Welding Glove now has Australian Certification

Elliotts' Original BIG RED Welding Glove is Australian Standards Certified

The Original Big Red welding gloves have been certified by SAI Global to the Australian Standards AS/NZS 2161.3:2005 (EN388) Protection against mechanical risks and AS/NZS 2161.4:1999 (EN407) Protection against thermal risks (heat and fire).

BIG RED's now combine their famous comfort and durability with a certified level of protection for professional welders.

The Benchmark for Professional Welders

The Original BIG RED welding glove is famous in the Australasian welding market and sets the benchmark for professional welding gloves.

"For years the BIG RED has set the standard for comfort, quality, durability and performance in welding gloves. Many have tried and failed to copy it. You wouldn't provide non certified safety glasses or safety caps to your workers, so why welding gloves? If taking care of your welders hands is a priority then ensuring your people wear certified welding gloves should be a priority" said Anthony Elliott, Managing Director.

The BIG RED welding glove is manufactured from soft, premium, selected red butt BIG RED leather and forms an important part of the Elliotts safety glove range.

BIG RED welding gloves are designed for extra durability and comfort and only use the highest quality leather and cotton liners. Wear seams are welted for additional protection and all seams are sewn with heat resistant Kevlar thread for extra durability.

One Size Does Not Fit All

The Big Red welding gloves are 406mm long and are available in multiple sizes including S, M, L and XL to ensure everyone can get a welding glove to fit their hand. The BIG RED also comes in an extended version called the BIG RED XT which is 680mm long offering more protection for your elbow area and upper arm.

Ensure Your Welders' Safety with Certified Welding Gloves
